I've been craving a lot of desserts lately. One of my favorites is brownies! I could eat brownies all day everyday (as long as I have enough milk).
Quick and Easy Brownies
Yields: about 20 Servings
Ingredients
- 2 cups white sugar
- 1 cup butter
- 1/2 cup cocoa powder
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 4 eggs
- 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup walnut halves
What's for Dinner - March 24-30
Tuesday - Oven-Fried Chicken, Loaded Baked Potato Salad
Wednesday - Glazed Chicken Wings , Mac and Cheese
Thursday - Tortellini Spinach Bake, Corn on the Cob
Friday - Skinny Chicken Cordon Blue, Herbed Rice Pilaf
Saturday - Leftover Madness!

That baked potato salad sounds incredible. I need to start planning out my meals ahead of time. Would definitely save me from a lot of cereal for dinner nights!

DeleteWow, this week sounds delicious. I made chicken fricassee last night and will be posting the recipe this week if you want to make that. I will also be making lasagna and love the make once, eat twice concept!
